Raphael (Rae) Barrett has over 40 years experience in a variety of disciplines in the private and public sectors

He has had General Manager/ Managing Director/ Chief Executive/ Chairman responsibilities for over 30 years and has been engaged as an Advisor and Consultant by international agencies and management consulting firms as well as national governments. He has worked throughout the Caribbean and is a Research Associate of a leading international organisation, the Oxford Policy Institute, of the UK. He currently provides services to the business advisory unit of the PriceWaterhouseCoopers Caribbean office.
RADOBAR_MAS offers support to enlightened and critical thinking management in strategic planning, organisational structuring for effectiveness, quality management for efficiency and data management & analysis to maximise output from scarce resources. The services offered are based on Mr. Barrett’s skills and experience in strategic management and leadership but may be supplemented by additional resource personnel with complementary inputs depending on the contract assignment.
